Twenty Five Chaine members and guests, braved the elements to enjoy a wonderful three course menu with pairing while enjoying the panoramic views of the River Club in downtown Jacksonville.
The food, wine and camaraderie of the Chaine were wonderful. But in particular, everyone raved about the desert course of Port Wine Soaked Double Gloucester with Pear Crisp and Chocolate Pate. Many commented is was on their list of best desserts of all time. Unfortunately, the photographer was so enthralled with the dish, he failed to get a picture.
