Chaîne members and guests enjoyed a wonderful 5 course meal at 11 South prepared by Executive Chef Kevin Gaston. The reception began with a hand passed Hors d’oeuvre of Copper River Salmon, paired with a Cristalino Brut.
Highlights of the course offerings included Sous Vide duck breast and Espresso Cocoa Crusted Wagyu Strip, all artfully paired.
