Caps on the Water owner Bernard deRaad and his team, including Chef Chip Richard, prepared a splendid three course menu with wine parings.
The weather cooperated and Chaine members, and guests enjoyed the reception outside by the water, before moving to the private indoor dining room. The camaraderie of the Chaine, never fails to impress.
